This deluxe west coast style 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, mountain view townhome offers a luxury Whistler retreat close to Whistler Village, grocery stores, liquor stores, walking trails and more!
Enter the property through the private garage with ample room to store your equipment. The private garage is also equipped with a Tesla Charger. The mud room on the ground floor has storage for jackets and other gear and a washing machine and dryer.
As you pass through the mud room, you come upon the first bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed with storage, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Continue down the hallway on the ground floor, and you will find the media room and bar area. This room has a flat-screen TV, stereo, bar area (bar fridge, dishwasher, counter/prep space), and access to the private outdoor hot tub and gas fireplace; the perfect spot for entertaining all year round.
Up a flight of stairs is the main living area. This floor has a top-of-the-line kitchen with integrated stainless-steel appliances such as a gas wolf range, full-sized and freezer, microwave oven, espresso machine, and a dishwasher. To the left of the kitchen is the sunken living area with a wood burning fireplace, stereo and flat-screen TV, a desk and comfortable chair for work or activity planning, and a patio with a BBQ. Enjoy the mountain views on this covered patio all year long! To the right of the kitchen is the dining table (seats 8 comfortably), powder room, and secondary entrance to the home.
Head up another flight of stairs to the third floor and you will find the three other bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, private balcony with mountain views, and ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, shower, and bathtub and double-sided, glass-enclosed fireplace visible from both the bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor has a twin bunk bed (twin on the top and twin on the bottom). The third bedroom on this floor has a King bed that can be split into twins upon advanced request, offering various bedding configurations to fit the needs of any group. This floor is completed with a bathroom that has a shower/tub combination.

LOCATION
- Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.
- Walking: a 5–7-minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5–7-minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.
- Public Transit: There is a public bus stop located across the street from the complex. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7-minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).
- Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.
NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.
CHECK IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $1,500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.
